This massage is one of the most relaxed types of massages as it does not involve a lot of twisting and turning your muscles. Swedish massage is also used to enhance blood circulation and oxygen flow in the body and the brain. The use of hot stone massage has grown over the years and people are intrigued by the use of the basalt stones. As the name suggests hot stone massage uses hot stones to reduce tension on specific parts of the body. Most especially the lower back and the spine where the masseuse needs to release all the tension but with care not to damage your nervous system. This type of yoga is by far the most rejuvenating type of massage as it energizes your body.
